Order Confirmation and Cancellation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed. This confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order; it is only a confirmation that we have received it.

We reserve the right to cancel any order, in whole or in part, at our discretion, including for reasons such as product unavailability, pricing errors, or payment issues.

If your order is canceled after your card has been charged, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping and Delivery

Service Area: We ship across Canada.

Shipping Costs and Times: Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout and may vary by location and product size.

Delivery Liability: We are not responsible for delays due to carriers, weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. Once items are handed over to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions (Please review our full Return Policy before initiating a return):

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Some items, including custom or clearance products, are final sale.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or shipped in error.
