Refund Policy

 If you are unhappy with your purchase, we'll be happy to return or exchange the product:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days in their original packaging and condition for a full refund to the original payment method. 

  • Watersport items must be reviewed by management prior to return or exchange.

  • Sale, Clearance & Discontinued items are Final Sale.

  • Special Order Items, Safety Kits & Bike Racks are Final Sale.

  • To initiate a return or exchange, contact us by phone, text or email.

  • You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging your item(s). 

  • If the Item is defective or missing parts, please contact us to discuss next steps.
