Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.   Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. 

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

  • Please contact us for shipping rates for oversized items such as canoes, kayaks, pedal boats, SUPs, cargo boxes, and sleds. We strive to obtain the best and fastest shipping rate to your destination.

Lost Package Policy

  • At Freedom Outdoors, we take every effort to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time. Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.  While we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, we will do our best to assist you with a solution. 

Additional Charges upon Delivery

  • Freedom Outdoors is not responsible for any extra expenses after shipping and delivery. 

  • For oversized items, an optional tailgate service (also known as liftgate service) may be offered by the carrier.  Tailgate service often comes with an additional charge because the service requires additional equipment and labour.  This service can cost up to $100.00. 

  • Please note, if you accept tailgate service or any additional request not previously paid for prior to delivery, an invoice will be issued to you within 30 days.
