Lost Package Policy

At Freedom Outdoors, we take every effort to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time. Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. While we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, we will do our best to assist you with a solution.
Additional Charges upon Delivery

Freedom Outdoors is not responsible for any extra expenses after shipping and delivery.

For oversized items, an optional tailgate service (also known as liftgate service) may be offered by the carrier. Tailgate service often comes with an additional charge because the service requires additional equipment and labour. This service can cost up to $100.00.

Please note, if you accept tailgate service or any additional request not previously paid for prior to delivery, an invoice will be issued to you within 30 days.
