How to use the kit

  • Clean the repair area: Use an abrasive paper to remove any loose or broken resin or fiber from the damaged area.
  • Prepare the patch: Cut the aluminum pieces to a suitable size for the repair.
  • Mix the sealant: Mix the sealant according to the instructions.
  • Apply the sealant: Apply a coat of sealant to the damaged area and the aluminum patch.
  • Secure the patch: Place the aluminum patch on the damaged area and secure it with the provided screws.
  • Apply touch-up paint: Once the sealant has cured, apply the touch-up paint to match the original hull color.
